Loving bulgar wheat right now. Such a fab alternative to couscous. I made a basic Tabbouleh recipe using cooked bulgar wheat, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, a red onion, mint and parsley. Tossed it all together with a glug of olive oil and voilà! We had it on its own but it’s a perfect accompaniment to grilled fish or chicken.
